Need Help!

Hi,

I don't understand VSTa anymore.

I used to think that, if a server dies all it's client will see an I/O
error.

The same effect should be achieved if a server does a msg_disconnect
to it's main port.

Thus I wrote a server thread which - on request to die - does a
msg_disconnect to it's main port (and then exit()s). But this doesn't
seem to send an I/O error to all the client ports I've cloned. Even
the client which sent the msg to die hangs in the msg_send it did.

What have I missed?

Thanx for any help.

Hopfully I don't have to wait until Andy is back from vacation.

Joerg
