Bug in the swapper code

Hi All,

After the number of problems people with 4 MByte systems seem to have been
reporting I've been looking at the paging code. There are a few problems
with it in the 1.3.2 release. I've got fixes for some of these already so
hopefully the 4 meg systems will work OK with 1.3.3.
