New pstat() VSTa interface

Hi,

        The new pstat() system call for querying the kernel about processes
is up and running. I have a small ps program which seems to be showing me
the real information. Next up is a /proc server so that the state can be
queried by programs in general. Thanks to Robert Mayer for writing much of
the pstat code!
