Ported flex-2.4.6 :-)

Hi All,

After being told that flex should be an easy porting target having done
bison (thanks Nick!), I've ported flex-2.4.6.

I've been unable to test flex++ as I can't find any suitable source files (I
don't think it's that important at the moment anyway)

Again, hopefully this should be in release 1.4, and again, if anyone wants
the binaries, I'll be happy to send them on.
