VSTa port of Bison-1.22

Hi All,

Just a quick note that I now have a working port of GNU bison-1.22 running
under VSTa and an almost completely working port of GNU tar-1.11.2.

Hopefully these should be in the 1.4 release.

I can probably put some patches together if anyone would like these
beforehand, but there are a few libc mods, and Andy may not implement them
quite the same way as the patches I've sent him. If you just want the
binaries though, that's easy :-)
