SCSI server path

Hi,

The VSTa 1.2 SCSI readme file has some information that is out of
date :-(. Here's an update:

5. VSTa 1.2 /boot/boot.lst changes:

        Add the following before the 'DOS filesystem' section:

                # The SCSI/CAM driver
                ../srv/mach/scsi/cam
