My FS Problem

Here is the error message from my filesystem problem. It says:

syslog: dos (pid 7) emergency: Assertation failed rw.c/165:
pack_name: null in extension

In the kernel debugger I typed "tf" and got about 8-9 lines of which call
did follow on which. I was to lazy to write this down. Is there a method to
bring this on a disk or so? Possibly I could make a shot with my digital
camera ;-)

My first filesystem is about 2 Gb. I have a 15 Gb Disk, but for VSTa I just
use the first partition. I think, it's fat16 (am not shure, but can check
this later)??? A hint: I think, I did not get this problem in VSTa 1.6.3.

If you want, I could make some tests (if you tell me which) or you could
send me a changed server and I will test it, but I do not understand
enough, to change it by myself. I also have no developement environment
under VSTa set up (because it is not stable for me yet)
