VSTa update

This sounds great, I'm also a Squeak fan. I'd like to see something
better than the VGA support in the MGR port as I've never been able to
get that working with my graphics card (Matrox Millenium II) and I
suspect it also won't work with other modern graphics cards. AFAIK
SVGALIB is the best way to go for this.
