Most people call me "nick" because Gavin in Japanese pronunciation
comes out as "giyabin" or "kyabin". I really don't care though.

Sooner or later we should do this, but I don't know an easy way,
without reading the BIOS. For DOS, the boot block seems to always be
<= 512 bytes, though sector sizes differ, so it's not a problem,
but for the new file system, we'll need something...

BTW. The changes I suggested to dos should work even if the sector
size is 512, 1024, or more bytes. Could you check it, and if it works,
include it in the main distribution? Thanks.

Did the keyboard driver work without too much hacking? That was all
pure guess work!

BTW. If I sent all the NEC specific stuff, would you add it to the
main distribution? I will understand if you say "no" because it'll
mean a lot of extra code to maintain, and you have no way to test it.
Perhaps I should just keep it here for now... especially as large
changes may be coming up (shared libs etc).
