building, etc.

I followed the build instructions in roadmap.txt but couldn't get far, as
mkall doesn't exist.
mkall.sh,v does; but rather than co it and chase co's all over the place, I
thought I'd ask a few questions...

First, I guess I can do cvs update from somewhere and to checkout everything
from the local cvs repository. What's the command line and from which
directory do I do it?

After checking out all the files, I imagine mkall.sh will work as described
in roadmap.txt.

Regarding mount points:
I'm used to doing /etc/... /bin/... rather than /vsta/etc/... /vsta/bin/...
and such. Should I just get used to it, or is it fine to change the mount
points to the more familiar unix arrangement? (Or might that cause me
problems with the QNX type mounting?)

home directories:
I notice we have /vsta/guest, /vsta/root, /vandys, and /jtk. I guess there's
no real convention for user home directories. (I'm inclined to want to setup
mine with /vsta/home/paulh and move guest to /vsta/home/guest; I guess it
really only matters if a different partition is to be used for home
directories.)
