There was one on the old FTP server, but so far as I know it went away
when that site died and I moved the distro onto our SourceForge account.
It was pretty dated at this point, too, so if you could cook up a new
disk image I'd be happy to host it somewhere, somehow.

Last I checked there was still one config bit in the ICU config which
Bochs barfed on. But you could change Bochs to ignore this bit and
then VSTa came up OK.
