seperate of bins and source

Hi,

  Each time I download vsta I have to remove all the binaries from
the sources (since I dont need them and dont have the space for them).
This is much harder since the files are all mixed in with the sources.
Could we seperate sources from binaries?

I already have my sources seperated from my binaries as:

  boot/binaries -> boot.bin (?)
  libc/*.a -> lib
  bin.src -> bin

it might even be nicer to have sources in a seperate tree but
this probably makes developing harder.
