deref_port: messages

Hi,

Has this been fixed? The person that is testing SCSI/CAM MO support,
Alistair G. Crooks (agc@uts.amdahl.com), is seeing this problem
on his system. I can supply additional info. (system type, stack
trace, etc.) if it would be helpful.
