Port of GNU find-3.8

Hi All,

Whilst I seem to be on a roll at the moment (and I hate decorating - which
is what I should be doing at the moment :-)) I now have a working find
command (I'm reasonably sure 3.8 is the latest).

There are now quite a lot of additions to libc, so I could try to put them
together if necessary, but once again sending out binaries is easy. There
aren't any source patches in this port (apart from the libc ones), just a
few new makefiles.
