While there is no guide to SGML per se there are a couple of
introductory documents on: ftp.ifi.uio.no in /pub/SGML. Read the
FAQ.readme file.
As to which format, I'm all in favour of some SGML based system, but I
haven't got the time to think of something right now (car broke down,
shouldn't have touched it on Friday 13:th... ;-)
As is common when doing things on the net, the one who gets started
first, and does the actual work will set the standard...
