With the initial flurry of bugs found in v1.3 slowing, I have assembled
v1.3.1. It fixes some kernel memory leaks (blush), a bad debug assertion,
a number of very minor details, and a bug in the DOS filesystem server
which could cause filesystem corruption when overwriting an active
executable. It is in ftp.cisco.com:vandys/vsta, and I'm sure it'll be
mirrored to the usual places shortly.
