PATH on VSTa

Hmmm... my port of ash does not pass environment variables downwards
correctly. When you log on (or in your sh.pro) you can:

echo -n "/vsta/bin:." > /env/PATH

Which will set a default path system-wide. Or to /env/<user>/PATH to set a
per-user default.
