A Bourne shell for VSTa

Well, the "rc" shell from Plan9 is cool in its own way, but I'm sure we all
have uses for a more standard shell. I've just finished a little "art" with
a blowtorch and have BSD's clone of "sh" running on VSTa. Seems to spawn
processes and run built-ins OK, and the basic "for x in ..." stuff seems to
work. Environment handling is a bit of a crock, I'll see if I can tidy it
up. But this'll be in v1.3!

Speaking of v1.3... I'll take contributions through the end of this week. I
hope to send out an announcement next week.
