debugger

I have all the debugger features up and running: breakpoints, C stack
backtrace, single step, break on anything/event/exit, and memory
inspection. I've written a subset adb clone, and it can debug both
programs started under it as well as arbitrary processes on the
system.

I'm testing this by using it to bring up the mouse driver written by
Gavin Thomas Nicol. The mouse driver isn't really useful until we get
the window manager, but it'll be helpful if various folks try the driver
with their mouse, and report back on any problems they see. I'll include
this in the 1.3 release as well.
