VSTa resources are back

Well, things went more smoothly than expected (both wu-ftpd and Apache are
*very* slick these days!). WWW and FTP services should be back to normal,
although file uploads to the FTP server are disabled (the kiddies use this
to drop off warez to share with their friends). For the rare occasion this
is needed, I can open up a suitable location.
