Thanks for the pointer. One thing which seems absent is PCMCIA stuff. Is
there any comparable resource for dealing with PCMCIA hardware? I have a
PCMCIA LAN card which I'd just love to use directly from VSTa.

BTW, I ended up using the LBA-only "total size" field of the parameter
block. I'm hoping that non-LBA controllers will leave it 0's.
