Mailing list WWW indexer fixed

One of our dearly departed subscribers (in his unsubscribe message, sent to
the mailing list itself, to add insult to injury :->) also provided us with
an example of a corrupted MIME header. This confused hypermail (the SW
which indexes the mailing list into a WWW page) and it lost all mail
messages after that one. I've fixed hypermail to ignore this mistake, and
the mailing list archive at http://www.zendo.com/vsta/mail/current/ is now
up to date.
