It's the GNU set of text utilities. The binaries should already be
available, so unless you want to build something from source, you can skip
it.

To this point, it's kind of assumed that you'll either know the commands, or
be able to look at the man pages elsewhere. A groff port wouldn't be hard,
except that it's written in C++, and being a C++ ludite, I never messed with
trying to port that part of GNU C.
