Schemes

I looked at scheme48, and another scheme called SECDR. They both
look fine for a window system *except* that they both boot up with 5MB
of memory used. I know they are both tuneable, and eventually, I'll
incorporate one of them into the system. However, for now, I'll run
with siod (which boots with 250K used). Also, siod is (perhaps) easier
to understand.
