You can get it from ftp.cisco.com:vandys/vsta, start with the readme.
I recommend the latest djgpp you can find (mine's 2.4.4 based, I believe).
You can get it from any of a number of MSDOS archive sites; I use
barnacle.erc.clarkson.edu:/pub/msdos/djgpp.
