tsleep()/twake()

These are system calls that will suspend the calling thread
and allow another thread to wake it again. I'm distributing
an alpha version to anyone that would like to try it. If you
grab it, please let me know, so I have some idea of how many
people are using it (and who to send fixes to!).

You can ftp the file tsleep.tz from xmission.com, the directory
is /pub/users/shea.
