ext2fs VSTa 0.1 - ALPHA ftp site

So if you want to test this early alpha release either
get e2fsprogs-0.5b-WIP.tar.gz from a good Linux ftp site
and then apply patches e2fs.dif followed by e2fsvsta.dif,
or just get and extract the e2fs_0_1.tgz.

this is an alpha release for testers only
