Shared libraries, operational!

Hello all,

This is being typed from a VSTa telnet window. All commands and non-boot
servers are running from a single shared library, including networking and
the ethernet driver. The vsta/bin and vsta/boot directories are much
smaller. A surprising side effect is that booting up goes quicker--I guess
having to demand-page in ~30K of C library for each server and command adds
up to a non-trivial bit of time!

I will recompile all the "auxilary" source over the weekend, then bundle
this up and make it available as 1.3.2 early next week.
