VSTa status

Hello, folks.

Well, I was on the road with an i486 laptop with VSTa, and did some real
damage. I have symlinks and environment links working, and I have shared
libraries pretty close to working. I had to do some surgery to enable
MAP_FILE under mmap(), but mostly I could move code from exec() support, so
it didn't really grow the kernel much.

Being on the laptop, networking couldn't move forward much. I have part of
a /tcp server written.
