SCSI status

Hi,

Just a quick update on the SCSI driver status. Right now, the SCSI
disk driver is running as the block device server for the filesystem
server - Vsta is talking SCSI!

There are a few things that need to be done before the driver is
released for testing. The biggest addition is that code needs to be
written to break up large transfers (I had to change MAX_WIRED from 4
to 16 to boot Vsta on my SCSI disk). There are also a number of small
cleanup items to do.

I'll keep you updated.
