although theres no mention of it on the original grub webpage, grub is no longer
maintained by eric, it has now become an offical gnu project and is being
maintained at
http://www.gnu.org/software/grub
it was up to 5.91 as of yesterday and is being developed under CVS... until
recently I had thought that all grub development stopped from the main pages
until i happend upon the above site..... they also have an utility that runs
under unix-like oses to install it to the HD directly... (i think, havnt tried
it)
